Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or e-Packet depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 14 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Pickup & Exchange Policy
The Company provides one-time pickup service per order for exchange requests. In the event that a customer uses store credits for a new purchase or requests an exchange for a product that has already been exchanged, the customer shall be responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of shipping the parcel back to the Company.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company will conduct a quality inspection. Subject to successful completion of the quality check and compliance with the Company's return and exchange conditions, the Company will process the exchange or issue store credits, as deemed appropriate.
